Kodak ~
I have found that I
prefer the color pallet of Kodak, especially with E100S &
SW for most of my work and Royal Gold 1000 for long exposures
at night.
George Lepp Photography ~ One
of the top names in nature photography.
Sedona Digital Print Service ~ I
use them for many of my enlargements. My negatives stay with
me and I can do all the cropping and adjusting in my computer.

Outdoor Photographer ~ Lots
of info to help the outdoor photographer.
PCPhoto ~ A
must read for anyone doing digital photography, desktop darkroom
or desktop publishing.

good source of equipment.
Pentax ~
Right now I am using
two Pentax K1000 bodies.
Canon ~
When I get a little
more money I am going to step up to all the bells and whistles
of a Canon camera.
Sigma Lenses ~
On a budget they
are very good lenses.
New York Institute of Photography ~ Their
course is excellent.
Epson ~ All
the reviews say it, they have the best photo quality desktop
printers.

National Cathedral ~ A
beautiful cathedral in the Nation's Capital. It was completely
built by donations. If you are ever in Washington D.C. head up
Embassy Row (Mass. Ave NW) to the Cathedral.
Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore ~ On
the southern shore of Lake Michigan. I wouldn't recommend going
to the beach there, but they have some nice hiking trails and
a large dune called Mt. Baldy.

Where you can get
a counter for your web site to see how popular you are.
Whistling Moose Studios ~ A very interesting gallery in Beautiful Petoskey,
MI on the shores of Lake Michigan in the Northern Lower Peninsula.

National Geographic Society ~ Great
photography, great television shows, great magazine, great site.
Smithsonian ~ If
you have ever been to Washington D.C., you know the Museums -
including the most visited museum in the World, the Air and Space
Museum. They have a very informative site. Become a member.
ESPN ~ During
March Madness I was without access to a TV. ESPN SportsZone was
a God send.
CNN ~ All
the stuff you see on cable wrapped in a web site.
The Washington Post ~ I
think it's the best daily paper you can get. Yeah, it has a local
slant but does cover a lot of what is going on around the nation.
It probably the best sports page and comic page in the nation.
(Yes, comic page. What other paper gives you four pages of comics.)

books and more books. Click

The Tattered Cover ~ If
you ever wondered where Barnes & Noble got their idea you
should visit the original Book Superstore in Denver, Colorado.
National Public Radio ~ Balanced
informative news and commentary. Talks shows that are about informing
the public instead of inciting hate. Great music programs. And
the Car Guys.
National Audubon Society ~ Birds,
conservation and more. Hope to be in their magazine in the future.
The Nature Conservancy ~ Protecting and reclaiming our ever diminishing
wild places throughout the world.

Mapquest ~ Need

Web White & Blue ~ A
website set up for the 2000 election as a resource for election
information.
Heifer Project International ~ A
very good charity organization. They provide needy people throughout
the world livestock and the means to raise and breed the animals
so that they are an constant source of food. Give a man a fish
and he will eat for a day but teach a man to fish then he will
eat everyday.
Fells Point Creative Alliance ~ Promoting
the Arts and Humanities in the Fells Point District of Baltimore,
Maryland. (For those of you who watched Homicide on NBC, the
station house is in Fells Point.)

The Bookcase ~ You
will find reviews of books that my family and I have read or
are going to read with links to Amazon if you are interested in getting

Chanticleer ~ A
friend of ours, Jay White, is a member of this highly acclaimed
all male a Capella group. They repetoir covers pretty much everything
from Baroque to 20th Century. Be sure to see them if the come
to a concert hall near you. Get one or several of their CDs either
at their site or here.
Car Talk ~ Tom
and Ray Magliozzi. A fun site with a lot of information on cars.
If you haven't heard their show on NPR you should tune in this
Saturday.
